Membership Terms and Conditions / Disclaimer
Purchasing a membership entitles you to access the site for the time period specified at the time of purchase. The current membership price is stated at the time of purchase. Credit card purchase will appear on the credit card statement as John Spencer Ellis Enterprises, Inc. At the end of the purchased time period, a renewal purchase will automatically be made for the same period of time. You may stop the automatic renewal process at any time by visiting the website and logging into your account. Once logged in, proceed to your My Account page and remove the checkmark for Auto-Renew.
To stop the renewal process, follow the steps above. Your membership will continue to function for the time period already purchased. Renewals will occur at the then-current membership price. Changes in membership price will be communicated via this page or via e-mail.
Memberships may not be shared. Memberships are for the use of the purchaser only. Members at any given time may only access the service from one computer. Violation of these terms may lead to the membership being cancelled immediately and access privileges suspended immediately.
Age of Consent
You must be 18 years or over to register as a Member. If We discover or have any reason to suspect that You are not over 18 years of age, then We reserve Our right to suspend or terminate Your Membership to this Site immediately and without notice.
Password Member Name and Security
Upon registration as a Member, You will select a Password and Member Name that You can use to access Your Member Account and Profile and to log on to the Members' area of the Site.

Refunds
